Any singtel user change their sim card before when its faulty? need to pay money or now... now very sianz cannot make phone calll. Can i change at any singtel small outlet or must be the main singtel branch? IF so do i need to pay or not? IF need to pay, how much will it be? Please reply thanks
Yes, need to pay, go to the big branch one. $18, before gst and all that, they credit in your singtel bill.
You can transfer your big type sim card to the microsim, also same price. I don't mean multisim ar.

I heard microsim is just a standard sim cut with a pair of scissors.
If its true and they ask you to pay, you can cut it and see if it works first, before you actually pay.

If you want to cut your normal sim card to a microsim, make sure its the 2nd generation type that has a smaller profile than the 1st generation. Because if you cut the really big old ones, it'll eat into the contacts. Like I learnt, and had no choice but to get an authentic microsim card, after I ruined the original one.
You get the new SIM card on the spot, worst case is take 2 hours to activate. Mine took half an hour.
2 mins, if they no need to verify tt the sim card is faulty.
they will give u a new sim card and update the details in the system
but the new sim card will oni be activated a few hours later
I ahve call the 1688 singtel customer service . At first they wanna charge me 18 dollars sia. Then i say this is first time such thing happen to me then the officer waive the 18 dollars for me.... Lucky i say that... Pinoy male service officer answer me lol.....
