Changing of foreign currency back to SGD

  Does anyone know where can i change back these foreign currency back to sgd ... The money changer i saw gave super low rates back which is a total rip off. Anyone who knows please reply ^^

  The total rip off which I say was about 40% difference from what you exchange for with them.

  had the same experience... 40% difference.
  coz the VND is as good for wiping butt.
