Yesterday, ABC news reported Prof Kane, chief scientist, NSW, believes that kids that challenge authority and/or question authority are potential great scientists and entrepreneurs and aust must create a separate school for teaching these kids. When asked whether there is any study that support this. She said currently only north america is investigating but she said aust could not afford to wait for research results as its productivity has gone negative. When asked whether this is reward for bad behaviour she said no but no backup. I thought the westerners always pride themselves that their education system allow for talk back as the same as questioning to promote creativity already. However, I do not believe creativity and entrepreneurship can be taught this way. Questionings and idea exploration after passionate thinking can beget creativity and entrepreneurship - not cheap quick questioning and talk back.
ok, so I guess one day I will be an awesome entrepreneur, despite my gpa of 3.1
dare to express
dare to be different
The problem is that these characterisations are common to both tails of the distribution. So what is more important is how to distinguish these 2 tails.
Nah not in singapore. Bad behaviour = tio aim by everyone.
every murderer, rapist and serial killer has bad behaviour and dare to be different too.
many not very intelligent people confuse the useful scientist entrepreneur types to the murderer, rapist and serial killer bad and worthless types.

dare to challenge authority could also imply willingness to break the law which in turn implies they are also more likely to be criminals. hmmm...
but it's also important to have somebody to challenge the status quo because otherwise it'll be like a herd of sheeps blindly following somebody.
