hi i would like to ask here.. since I just moved out from condo to HDB, and there wont be any facilities like I've stated above, anybody here can suggest where can I get those facilities outside? knowing that neighbourhood community centre only provide gym .. ANd also at affordable prices.. thankss

How about Staycation at hotels. Shangrila hotel at orchard road has all of these indoors and a big swimming pool outside with a lot of greenery

I used to go to steambath in my condo back then after I had finished exercising.. now looking forward for that.. any other suggestions that perhaps cheaper? thanks

Can use yr bathtub mah, then singapore so hot, still need sauna meh, just stand outside in mid afternoon for an hr, all sweat already..haiz, something is wrong with tropical people.,...all these are best for cold countries

I put it near the steam bath's steam outlet point, then go for my usual swimming, jacuzzi, then later hungry, dip the steamed chicken into ice water or swimming pool water, then chop and eat, nice, same same as Boon Tong Kee

Currently, the best I been so far, G-Spa.......5star standard, than near Geylang.....hahaha
