i've read in the newspaper tat father does not have custody of the child if they are not married.
wat happens if the father wish to include his name in the child's birth cert? could he fight for custody whether if the child has just been born or maybe many yrs later this father wants the child?
with both genders being more critical than ever, if i am the one who doesn't wish to be married (i'm a female) to save the hassle tat i'm haggering over his assets but would like to include name of father in child's birth cert, would he be able to fight for custody if happened one day we shall split?
both of us are independent and i am able to support for myself.
would it be better to cohabit with children or married with children under eye of Singapore? what kinda support would the Govt give for single parenting and married couples with kids?
