Bought a "flavourwave oven" with delivery option on 25 May
at first they sent an email saying that they will deliver when stocks arrive at redeption centre on 11 Jun
until now not delivered
i emailed on 18 Jun to check, nobody replied
i tried calling their numbers, NOBODY EVER PICKS UP THE CALLS
how?
I never trusted online shopping, except my office corporate site, but damn fedex from texas sure ain't cheap.

told me they were short in stock
then cannot update customer? no sound no picture?
then took down my address and said will deliver next week

tat sounds like last min damage control or delay...
if really no stock, why cannot call and tell the customer? beri poor service... no honesty...

Not I want to say, but they look exactly the same. Your "flavourware" oven, is just a turbo broiler.
