how does delivery work if i live in HDB?

i am trying to order a moisturizer. but idk where they'll deliver it to. i've only used my credit card to order games. i ordered a game last time and they delivered it to my mail box (the one where you receive bills, advertisements and stuff). but what if the package is too big to fit inside the mail box? where will they deliver it to?

The hardworking ones will come and knock on your door, or leave the slip below your door. The lazy ones will leave the slip in your mailbox. The farked up ones will squeeze it into your mailbox, regardless of damage done to it.

if reg mail postman will come knock on ur door and someone must sign to acknowledge item received.
if non reg mail and cant fit into mailbox, postman will come knock on ur door.
someone better be at home to collect it. no need sign.
if they try 2 times (maybe if good one will try 3 times) and no one at home to receive still, the item will be sent back to seller -

amazon items usually sent by registered or some DHL, UPS thingy, not by normal post.
the postman will usually knock on your door. If not, they will give you a slip to collect at post office.
