Just so you don't feel isolated, Carrefour in Spain has the same uncareing attitude to customers that it has world-wide. But since in 5 years the share price is down 70%, Tesco plc (simIlar in size in Europe) lost about 25€ in the same time. If a company does not look after customers do not invest anything in it unless you are big enough to change it all the way to the grass roots.
