I realised that Tuck Yew was born in the year of Ox (born 16 August 1961). This year, being the year of dragon, is not a good year for those born in the year of Ox, Dragon, Dog and Goat.
Is that the reason why there have been so many problems with the transport system? Maybe if he has consulted some fengshui man to counter the bad year, we will not have MRT breakdown problem.
