  Hi, i think i missed out the OpenNet installation...and I never receive the letter..

  Is that means I have to pay 200+ if i wanna use fibre?

  i have checked with M1 and Starhub,both got diffrent answer

  They said maybe Opennet still not ready for my area, or i already missed out..

  I talked to my neighbour.. he already have that Terminal Point..

  anyone got idea ?

  Helo, they sent one letter to the letter box, not one to every individual in the house.

  Thats why you did not personally receive the letter.

  100 person who missed out on the free istallation offer, 100 will say they never received the letter. All the 100 also thought the letter was junk mail.
