English word for "Da4 Fang1"

  hi guys,

  anyone of you know the english equivalent of the chinese word "Da4 Fang1"?

  like in chinese, we often say "That guy is very da4 fang1" etc.

  i'm not sure if "open-hearted" is the word, or is there a better word?
