  This is the best question I have come across today I guess ;) What I usually do when I'm stressed are as follows:
  make a sick leave
  sleep all day 
  call my mom to cook my favorite foods and eat them of course haha
  call my mom for a quick bonding moment (my mom's my bestfriend yah know) and shop til we drop, lol.I sometimes do window shopping, too haha (when the payday is still some days ahead  )
  
  But if I don't have the time to go out , I just read a book or two, surf the net for a few gossip, chat with my bf overseas or browse for new items that are within my budget. On that note, I am so thankful with the emergence of online shops because they just take that burden of coming to the brick and mortar to find what you need or shall I say want ;) We can get virtually anything in the net these days and it's just downright amazing. Last week, I actually had my  "sick leave" and stayed at home all day. (Sorry boss, for the lie :p) I ended up buying a pair of menorcas from a shop called La Sambuca ., uhm,, here's the link just to share http://lasambucalifestyle.com/en/espadrilles/96-espadrilles-shoes-escala-red-2000000200187.html and making an order of my fave sushi at Suki Shusi .,what a nice way to relieve stress.,.
