Ear piercing - Helix vs Tragus

  Helix vs Tragus Which one more painful? I used to have helix but I let go because everytime I change earring, I always poked on the most painful part (I think it's the nerve) and it bleed. But I like it so much I want to give it a second try, maybe this time a slightly different spot? Any advice?

  I have one on my helix. Just leave the piercing earring on for 2 weeks..the wound wouldn't be that fresh then..

  I used to have the same problem when changing  into the stud. Eventually I asked my ex-GF to do it for me as it hurts plus I cant see the bloody back of the hole so you might want to get someone to change it for you?

  Anyway it might be due to the angle in which it is was pierced not necaessarily the nerve cause if it hits the nerve you might go deaf no joke.

  Ya I totally agreed that it's mainly due to the angle problem. That's why mine hurts whenever I change the stud. Nobody dares to do it for me except for the shop assistant I bought the earring from. And end up he made me ears bleed :(( But my previous helix was pierced like 2yrs ago. It still hurt and bleed before I decided to let it go 2months ago. now thinking of going to pierce again. Then also thinking of getting tragus at the same time. Any suggested shop that gives skilled piercing? I don't wanna risk being deaf. update: just had my tragus and helix piercing today. high daaaaoooooo~~
