Developer friend needs visa for family member

  Hi there,

  I am posting this on behalf of a business contact and friend.

  He is a skilled programmer with a Portuguese passport and he might be interested in coming to Singapore for work.

  He is caring for a close family member (mother) with an Indian passport.

  If he gets a working visa in Singapore, would it be possible to arrange for his mother to come too?
