Sembawang Hot Spring, located at Gambas Avenue between Woodlands Avenue 12 and Sembawang Road, is the only natural hot spring on the main island of Singapore. At a small side entrance of Chong Pang Military Camp, it lies in a shady wooded area about 100 metres off Gambas Ave. It's open to public and free entry from 7am to 7pm daily.

you will have to wait for half an hour to an hour for a half-full pail of the hot spring water to cool down a bit before you can soak your feet for self-made foot bath therapy (足浴).
you should soak your feet in the pail up till the tibia/ shinbone area and the skin is a little warm pink.

well, other than directly bathing/ soaking in natural hot springs on the spot worldwide, the same piping method can be said for commercial hot springs such as in Japan/ Korea/ Taiwan where hot springs are piped to divert/ channel the water to commercial spas/ bath houses...

since the spring water is hard water, as compared to tap water which is soft water, the spring water will naturally cools down at a slower pace than tap water even if both starts at 70°C.
