I am currently 20 years old and the last time I traveled overseas is when I was 4 years old.
I think that passport has expired long ago.
If I were to make a new passport, so I still need to show them this old passport?
Can I just apply for a new passport without my old passport?
It's been 16 years since I last saw my passport, I'm afraid my old passport is already lost.
NO.

This page serves as a guide to Singaporeans on procedures relating to application/ renewal of their Singapore passport.
If you are just a commoner, you hv to show and go thru a process of procedure, which can be tiring, have to Q at the ICA for hours, but if you are some body's prince or princess who can make the ICA chief on his knees as and when he wanted, then you can just make a call and they will send it to your doorstep without any procedures or processes.
