I'm new to being freelancer artist, there's a job offered for me. It's to design 2 chars for a project creating 2 gift (e.g. keychain)
Should I was ask to charge them per project. It's not commercial use or selling. but for a school gift award I think. Inked coloured will be applyed. Chibi styled.
is this cost too much for 2 chars being $150 above? My teacher told me sinc eit's an organization, should be $200 more. Since they will not only use my char but buying it as their own copyright for this project.
also a designing something with their logo of the organisation cost 50 bucks for the gift bags. ( never did this before)

2. how much time required * X$ p/hr
3. additional work = charges?
