Hi, I am a starhub cable tv + internet user for many many many years. just heard from my friend that when going to re-contract, can ask them for privileges like free channels, upgrades to HD set up box at low price etc.
who had experience in this kind of arguing over the phone with the sales team in starhub? Gonna call them up later but need to hear opinions on what is the limit that I can ask. My internet plan is not due yet but my cable tv can be renewed anytime. thx!
