hello every one, it maybe rude to post this question to the public, but I think my friend really need help and advice from me,
he is currently getting into a trouble with a girl, she reported him for outrage her modesty on September, up to now, the case is still pending, some of my friends told me that molest case can pending for years :-ss , he is now very scared and hopeless, this incident has made him despaired,
does anyone know about outrage of modesty ? what is the normal outcome and punishment, how long may it last for, and how to get a lawyer for him??

according to the law, even if you touch the girl's hair, it can be consider outrage of modesty if she's those SUPER-CONSERVATIVE type.
do you know if the molest case can last for how long?
and normaly, it will be a jail term or cane?
In molest cases, the male is guilty until proven innocent.
it seems that this case may last for quite a long time, the final exam is coming for him, hope that he can get over it, and btw, do you know about the minor age? 21 or 18?

Simple molest case can settle out of court,pay the girl a small sum of money....but it depends the victim wants to accept or not.
