my choices come down to Lasalle or either NAFA
xD
I don't know about Lasalle but I do know of many people from NAFA who are doing well in their career.
NAFA is very well established in Singapore, usually the top choice for people into arts and other related .....

so u r strongly suggesting that nafa is better than lasalle? c:
lasalle is not famous or good enough for their art departments then?

I have no feedback or friends about or from Lasalle that's why I have no comments about Lasalle.
is the same course offered at SOTA?
SOTA is not uni
oh is it?
oh it is.

which is more famous for its quality then in singapore ._.?
since i'm an international student that wished to have further study in sg, i need more opinion on local students and citizens there c:
lasalle more international students than nafa.
I graduated from nafa, i'd surely say nafa's better. lasalle grads will probably tell you lasalle is better, so asking which school is better will get you no where.
but ok all that aside, what exactly do you wish to know? it's more of what happens after you graduate, where you go after you get that piece of paper, that determines which major you choose, not the school.
i'm gonna give you some harsh and honest words, from someone who's been in the design industry for long enough. advertising is a tough industry, and the market here in sg is so small, so only the best get to continue fighting in the ad industry. I have friends who are working in ad agencies and have quit and joined the graphic design industry because they can't handle the critique and the stress. it's not easy. art directors and creative directors aren't nice if you give up crappy ideas/work, and hours are long. your english needs to be relatively good, or else you will struggle, for sure. if you like drawing, and you can draw well, illustration is probably better for you. there won't be much of a language problem in illustration, and honestly, the graphic design industry needs illustrators and peope who can draw. (if you end up choosing nafa, further advice from me: don't choose illustration as a major, choose graphic design as a major because you'll have more freedom on your final year project. don't worry, because every one in nafa has to go through foundation year and from there you will get to try all the different aspects of design and you can decide from there, what exactly you want to do. because you might be surprised, you might end up liking fine arts in the end?)
Anything else just ask, but like I said, it doesn't matter which school you go to, your passion needs to be there and you have to love it, and you're willing to sacrifice hours of work (whether in school or in a design company). If you're going because you think design is cool and glamorous, it's time to think of a back up plan or another path.
In my opinion, I prefer LASALLE because the exterior design of that school seem aesthetically appealing.

Again, I have to say I know nobody from Laselle. I know of people from NAFA doing well. They are employable.

Both schools have one thing in common. Printing costs will kill you! Materials as well...
