I am deeply sorry and sincerely apologise about the thefts I committed in your store. I have no good reason for what I did. I’m sorry I can’t give you a reason why I did it but I am really not sure why I did it myself either. I just know that if I really thought it through I wouldn’t have done it at all. The only good of this situation is that I was caught; I felt strangely relieved. I can't express why I stole or continue to do so, I can only say it was a moment of poor decision and the urge of me not being able to resist the temptation to do so and for self satisfaction. I feel remorseful in taking up your time with this ruckus I created. I am deeply ashamed of the stupidity and foolishness of my action, and can only promised to never repeat them ever again.

This experience has made me realize how selfish and harmful stealing is. While I was doing it I never stopped to think how selfish what I was doing was or the consequences the person I was stealing from might have to deal with. I’ve stopped pushing all the reasons why I shouldn’t have been doing it and really thought hard about what I’ve done. Through this action of mine I reflected deeply while I look at the amount of bottles I have stolen all in all 10 Bottles. In shock of realisation I realized that I do have a problem with myself and a behavioural problem that I have and did not know existed until this incident. Whereby I unlawfully take Items that do not belong to me for no good personal cause and I need professional help on this matter. I realized how very wrong I was and I deeply regret all the trouble I have caused as a result of my action.

I really enjoy working with the wonderful team and with the good management team but through my selfish foolish actions I lost my chance to continue to work for you. This makes me even more ashamed for what I did and to upset everyone that I had made a impression on. I promise I will never steal again and I would seek professional help with my behavioural issues and problem. I hope the management will give me a second chance to set things right in my life and do not report this matter to the police. Please accept my sincere apology and I promise I will see to amend my ways and seek to correct my behavioural problems with professional help and I hope I will be given a chance to do so. I have voluntarily enrolled myself for counselling in school today to help me cope with my behavioural issues. I will work hard to ensure this type of matter never happens again and never to commit to such crime again.
Again, I would like to tell the board that I am truly sorry for what I’ve done and caused. I will learn from this and move forward and never to stray back to what I did. I hope to become a better person and be given a second chance by not reporting this issue to the police and in the process with professional help to help me mend my ways and my issues of behavioural problem.

I hope that this letter has given me an opportunity to help show my remorse and to offer my amends as well.

aside the grammar mistakes and slightly off semantics and wayward syntax, it kinda sound sincere enough lah.

i know it doesnt concern me, but what did you steal that's 10 bottles?

i think it's ok to add in the reason why you committed it

If you think that by sending a well written composition to the board will absolve you of theft, you will be disappointed.

If the board don't send you to the police, they will fear more theft in their shops. As Other people will think as long as they write an apology letter they can steal.

Most likely your case will be a reminder to other employees not to steal from their workplace.

You can try, but don't expect much success.

Good to apology sincerely and request to change section or work in open environment. The management might consider your plea, but however you must keep your words, work harder to show them you are completely a change person. everyone deserved a chance to proof themselves.

your letter to long and some words repeat many times

make it short, simple and clear that management will understand you
