10C???no need wear so much clothes if u are used to cold weather.many sporeans goto countries which are 5C and can still walk around in same spore shorts n t-shirt n not feel much.
u only start to wear cold weather clothing n winter coat when it starts to snow.other than that if u are unhealthy n weak......then best wear coat,hat,3 clothes etc etc.

mild winter is not severe winter.u want winter..best u goto country that has snow everywhere.if u goto country that has no snow and no ice and all u see is smoke from your mouth....that means its not really cold and would be more like genting highland.
but first time if u meet cold weather,then best bring snow gear with u.if u are strong then u would not bother if its 5C and still can go around in sporean shorts n shirt ,if u are weak,,,then start to train yerself to be strong.
some people are meant to live in cold countries ..some people are not meant to live in cold countries.
