New guy to come to Singapore soon

  Hi all :) My name is Rami

  I got a job in Singapore , am waiting for the pass now , i might come within a month after i receive the visa .

  I would like to make new friends there , and maybe get help finding my ways around the city , find a room to rent , some suggessions for restaurants and food . and have some fun eventually :D

  Sure.. there's plenty to choose from in GEYLANG. Please make sure they are licensed to serve you..   Hello Romka, Where are you from? Just wondering how you got to know about this website? What will be your profession in Singapore? Ok, hope you don't mind me asking those questions ok..a friendly one. Now, you can go to Clarke Quay for beers...many foreigners there. I believe you have heard about Sentosa...the Universal Studio and casino are there. Getting a accomodation, I would suggest that you can ask your boss or working colleague later or just read the straits times newspaper in Singapore there are plenty of leads to help you out. Go for a walk in Orchard Road and maybe you can see those things you looking for...and go to Orchard Towers, especially at night...the night life is there...music, dancing, beers, guys and girls...many foreigners there too. Have fun while in Singapore later. Good luck.
