  So what happened if I owe starhub bill worth of $1200? I've received starhub final warning letter? What are the precautions to take?

  one more way to help you, i believe according to buiness law, as you have not use the 4 months of service and the cable has been cut off from you, you are not liable to pay the 4 months of extra bills. so which means u can completely clear your debts by emptying your saving account, sound sad but just try (:

  what about writing to starhub and asking for a waiver? if cannot, then ask if can restructure the payment.

  the worse thing to do is to not doing anything!

  and do you have a gambling problem? If you don't gamble one month, you can pay off some of your starhub bill. 

  borrow from ah long will only compound your lack of money issues.
