  actually i feel the NK is just a paranoid regime that feared war. and the us, sk, jp, just further trigger the fear but have joint military excerise. 

  like if suddenly malayia+indonesia say, "oh, let's have a joint military excerise and a display of force!" wouldn't singapore feel paraniod about it. LKY did even though indonesia or indonesia never display their force back then after WW2. hence, we have something called NS.

  it's somewhat like an arm race between the countries. the countries around NK should start being nice to NK, not organising some military excerise. in fact, i find NK rather smart to develop nukes because their are not strong enough to build a big navy/army/air-force.

  They have to, as a bargaining chip. what strikes me most is the sudden success of their rocket launch and nuclear testing some nation must be helping them the last thing they need is a delivery system--cruise misslies, ICBMs, submarine launch, missile silos, mobile launchers, bombers. Of cos, a suitcase nuke is probable though
