  you can learn to see the weateh yourslef. whe going out check fr loomy clouds above the sky. if you can see them from where you stand, that means rain cumming. check also the wind direction. if the wind will blow stormy dulll clouds above from the direction you are going to, then chances you will catch the rain. othersiws bring big colorful raincoat and big big umbrella with you always. get small change cash and be ready to call the cab if one caught you big and sullenly.
