So many people getting sick/ill

I have yet to fully recovered from my cough (i still get coughing fits at night, sometimes will vomit). These few weeks have at least 10 (including me) taking MC. Even one of my teachers took MC.
I spread the virus to my sister and she fell ill, took an MC too. My grandmother is coughing badly as well.
Why ar? Is there a catagious virus spreading? Please share on how many people took MC this week.
I should have told my doctor I want anti biotics.

common sense will tell you the probability of catching a virus is heightened in a crowded place
look at the crowd these days..damn scary..air and noise pollutants..bad for health

I c, i am also worried some variant of a cough is making its round..... Sg has a higher rate of catching infectious diseases and lowered immunity due to the increasing population. This is because everyone is crowded into a small space, driving tempers and stress up which in turn affects the immune system. When we are more stressed up and angry, we tend to fall prey to diseases and it will not surprise me if people were to die from simple, treatable diseases.

Most importantly must boost your immune system and keep it healthy. Like what they always say eat more fruits and vegetable and drink more plain water, eat food rich in many nutrients.
Last time i dun really believe but once i tried eating healthier you will feel that your body will feel better, like car pump more expensive petrol like that

More and more people are suffering from immune system failure, or weakening immune system.
This is happening all over the world, not just Singapore.
This is expected as lvl 3 humanity has a lot catching up to do to if they wish to raise their frequency and vibration to match Earth's 4th and 5th density energies.

If you live in environment that is heavily populated;

last time many ppl cowpeh photographers rates very low - like restauratn waiters macdonald's rates. then cannot stop them becasue toomany already now say okay lah macdonald's rates aso can. i charge what i charge not becos influenced by a few old men. i charge because mcdonald's rate is never crossed my mind and to move me lazy ass out of bed to shoot? at least go by my rates.
