report sick but no MC

  anyone know wat happen if no MC for endorsement?

   

  i working as part time and tender today due to frequent overtime affect my health.

  i reported sick for 4 days and thought of ending work soon so did not go get MC.

   

  please help, thank u

  treat it as absent without valid reason

   

  deduct salary

  My supervisor want mi to endorse my MC before letting mi leave the company

  nw my last month and this month pays stuck, and cant leave.

  Part time ah, at most dun take any pay for the days u report sick but no mc...
