I would like to lodge a complaint on one of your service staff working as a cashier at your outlet in Ion Orchard. First and foremost, the young lass without a name tag(Chinese national) took the wrong initiative of speaking Chinese without the consent of the guest. After which, she made a mistake in charging more than the original amount. Unable to manage her program on her computer was her third mistake. Thus, she started running around for a manager. There was no one around to guide her while she was serving her guests.. (Fourth mistake). She was instructed to use a calculator to tally the right amount and she has problems using it. Finally, she did not apologise for making so many mistakes. Muji Singapore, I have worked in the service line for 12 years! This is totally unacceptable. You just lose a loyal supporter.
This happened on the evening of 24th March at 7:24PM.
if you cant speak chinese just tell her in your favourite english.

i dont understand what the fuss is all about. its a very small issue.
if you want superb service go somewhere high class, spend on something real expensive. that is where you can complain about service.
