I'm currently working as an engineer, but would want to teach some piano on the side for fun. I just searched in google and is it true that my employment pass only covers my full time job and doesn't allow me to take up any short part time job (even if it's only 4-5 hrs a week and done for leisure?)
just dont get caught
Really cannot ar....
u weigh the consequences loh
U want o earn everything ah??
by right cannot lah, by left???
I'm only concerned whether it is allowed or not (i.e. legal or not)....Anyway i'm not really looking to earn a lot more (as I can already live comfortably on my main salary), but I'm really interested in teaching because I like to teach, and music schools can offer me a place to practice. If i don't teach, they will charge me $20/hr for piano practice which is just daylight robbery...
if it's illegal then I won't even be thinking about it lor....
Singapore is low in corruption, not free of corruption.

if you want to take the risk, go ahead.
but not worth it to take the risk to lose your full time job.
