Best place to bleach and dye hair? (Best, not cheap, best)

Planning to bleach and dye my hair around June to September, any idea where the best for bleaching and dyeing of hair as I never dyed my hair before. Dyeing a lot of colours (6), so want to know which salon is best and offer a lot of colours, price doesn't really matter, let me know the estimated cost for bleaching and dyeing and will save up for it.
My overall hair length should be around my lower chin area at that time, planning to reborn my hair at my regular neighbourhood salon before bleaching and dyeing too. Not so trusty of Twister Salon, the Tampines One branch ruined my hair once, didn't cut my hair properly and have to cut extremely short because of that. Wasted my 3 months worth of hair growing.
Any suggestions? No lame man answers. Thanks. -

I don't know, my friend say the salon there nice nice, I blur blur go there try try, in the end like shet, my hair style got ruined like nobody buisness, need cut so short almost like botak, 3 months worth of hair growing go down the drain.

Monsoon lousy that is why I blacklisted monsoon.
Don't go to monsoon or twister .

actually, it is a matter of luck whether you will meet a good hairstylist.
for me, my luck for this is no good. Recently, i change hairstylist.. This damn malaysian hairstylist who kept asking me to give her a chance to do my hair did a bad job. Moreover, she is Director level.
