  i received a mail recently from euro lottery guild.  the fee is US$16.8 and the prize is 275 million.

  i refused to enrol cuz i wont know how to spend the money if i kena.

  its whether the thing is real or fake. dont worry. if you kena things will work itself out. dont know how to spend? donate all to charity. or use the money put in bank earn interest. use the interst to buy food for cats and poor people you know in the neighbour hood that needs financial help. with big sum enough omey you can no need work and use all the money to feed yourself and hep the poor people - very effective.
