Topical Lotion from Abott. Antibiotic
Eat less or avoid oily and heaty food.
For cheaper rate, go see Dr Mary from Rochor Clinic, level 3, of Rochor HDB flat. Though she is a GP she treats acne well.
Isotretinoin in a retinoidal cream which is used to treat stubborn acne. It does works very well. Is ur tablet or cream form? I tried before. My skin becomes very very smooth but dry. For that, you must moisturise ur skin. But, if u r a female, u must watch out cos this drug is teratogenic, meaning it can cause severe birth defects if u r getting pregnant. im sure doctor made u sign some documents and all. But yes, it does works. Also, avoid excessive sunlight as drug can cause sun sensitivity. if u have signs of depression please see doc ok? so how is it coming along, the treatment?
best way is to see a dermatologist or a GP who has some experience treating skin conditions- everyone's skin condition is different. My friend went to see a dermatologist clinic at her local market in Bishan to get prescription medication. Depending on how severe your condition is, your may have to take oral medication on top of topicals (creams, gels, ointments etc)...
Thak you everyone for your inputs. I have seen a Dermatologist and he has prescribe me Isotretoin. I have read about this and i thought i should ask around to hear what's the real feedback on this drug.
Apply vinegar or lemon juice
Add zinc to your diet
