PayPal negative balance???

Hey bro and sis, I've had a negative balance from buyer filling a dispute and me losing. Now currently my account is -$150USD, but I did sent the item and he claim he didn't receive. If I don't pay it will I have any problems? Since a lot of people say $150 is small to PayPal and they can write it off. Any bro and sis have this problem before?

paypal protects buyers (fortunately!)
unless u can have proof that the recipient received the item, like registered mail signature......... -
