Acne and Ezcema

I would like to discuss about Acne/Ezcema at this thread.
Let's begin the story of mine.
Quite a sadden one.
Currently I'm 21 and had suffered from Acne and Ezcema for about 6 years.
I tried alots of solutions but nothing works for me. I'm very depressed and sad. And totally don't want to go out find friends or my relatives as I feel ashame with my current appearance. And today I even tried don't wash my face and do absolute nothing for my face and end up itchy and oily and end up I have to apply steriods to my face to relieve the itch but it will most likely to cause my acne to be worst. I tried BP 2.5 and Steiva A 0.1 % and 0.025% and my face feel burns and painful during my bath. So I quitted using it and continue my steriod cream(I put abit only). But I realised steriod cream cause my face to gets "old look" and If I don't put steriod cream for one week. My looks look young.
I'm a occasionally customer to National Skin Centre. I will only praise their ezcema cream which is Dermasone also known as Betamethasone 0.025% works beautifully. It controls my ezecma totally. From my determologist. She said that this cream might cause skin tinning but however if you apply on ezcema it won't cause skin tinning.
Because of this cream gives me old look therefore I would like to seek another solution for my acne. Before hand I did a small research on the following stuff;
Salicylic acid, Acerola cherry, and Oregano and Alpha hydroxy acids.
Now, I'm totally clueless and spend quite a amount of money to buy products.
Therefore, I would like to seek advice from you guys who experienced bad acne or with bad ezcema.
