Im using a frank by ocbc account. My sister and I costarted a blogshop so the customers transfer money to my bank but the money got bounced back?? wtf. anyway i told them to transfer to ocbc( bank code 7339), branch code 558, then xxxxx8001 but the balance got bounced back??? i need urgent help thanks
wouldnt it be easier to give ocbc a call to ask rather than enquiring here?
most problem is the transferrer side problem
no need enter first 3 digits (branch code) and no dashes
