Vlogging at VivoCity

So the Pacific Rim movie is finally here! All Evangelion/mecha fans should rejoice! This is the cloest thing we could get to a decent mecha live action movie - with a good story and fleshed-out characters! Yes, that means none of that Transformers crap.
Ahem, anyway, what I really wanted to ask is if there's any suitable location around VivoCity or Harbourfront where my friend and I could just sit down and just talk about the movie after we watch it - on camera. I know that there's a lot of places in Singapore that's restricted against recording devices, hence why I post this topic.
If everybody could just dip in and offer some good suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it!
