Improper practice in childcare centers cause toddler disease

Many toddlers get more sick after enrolling in childcare centers.The main cause is improper practice of teachers and helpers.
Many toddlers sit on the anti slippery mattress of bathing room in childcare centers during bathing.
BUT many teachers do not clean the anti slippery mattress in bathing room before bathing for another toddler.
The next toddlers,who usually sit on the mattress during bathing, then catch the diseases from the stools of previous toddlers.
Experiences show that for a class of toddlers whose teachers clean the mattress before next toddler, the rate of sick leave is much reduced.
May i urge teachers to clean mattress thoroughly immediately after each toddler bathing.Or, all teacher MUST clean mattress thoroughly before bathing for each toddler,if she is not sure the mattress has been cleaned.
Please spread this around to reduce sickness caught from childcare centers.
We cannot help reduce illness caught from toys .
BUT we sure can reduce diseases caused by dirty bathing practises!!

Is it the root cause? I am not quite conviced.. What type of disease r u talking? Skin problem? That's the only thing I can think of from the mattress. If so, the swimming pool area is more dangerous, is it?

Please find out the right facts before posting this crap. I know Principal from childcare and also have relative working as childcare teacher.
The toddlers stand when they are having their shower. No child sits down when showering.
Oh yes, the job of childcare teachers is a very difficult and demanding one. I almost want to become one but after I found out the job, I give up. For the younger ones, either the cleaner aunties or the childcare teachers bathe them . also teachjers have to clean up their shit like when they pass motion, vomit, pass urine out of the toilets. Also, parents sometimes are overly demanding. Was told that sometimes the older ones also stand up pass urine without going to the toilets.
The pay is very low. Some kids are beyond control, they give the teachers problems everyday.
In chinese it is said this job is ci li bu tao hao.

MCYS is very strict towards the management of the childcare centres especially those under the government. They go check it out more than two times a year.
lionnoisy, think you are referring to australia childcare centres. You gotta be in Singapore to know how the childcare centres function, no point posting crap.

Childcare teachers are overwork and underpaid.
They are nannies, teachers, cleaners, waiters and listener. Freaking and totally underpaid.

Also clean the chairs, seats and benches at the void deck, bus stops and other public places, too
Also please wear mask when go out.

was told some naughty kids are good in telling lies/ They tell lies to get the teachers into trouble. Was told about this case the child complain about the teacher and after viewing CCTV , nothing negative was found. Confirmed the child told lie.
Before my job, i had chance to work a short while to help them out and I saw ............
Sigh! There are good and bad teachers and children lah. As well as good and bad principals la.

Any people would know that he is talk non-sense - who in the right mind would have mattress in the bathroom !!! if he cannot even know the different between mat & mattress !!! i think Lionnoisy need to go back to childcare to relearn !!!
stop asking so much - if you so picky take care of your own child !!! Nowaday, govt & parents over demand on childcare, tons of paperwork, certification - which pay the staff peanuts !!! yet they do not want to pay !!! Yep soon no one want to work in childcare !!!

Bus companys millions millions , but many drivers paid less than 2k.

Last time yes the company earn well, but nowadays... things are very different, the rental is way too high and killing off everyone. A lot of the bosses have bailout and sold to oversea group.
