Installation of Big Hawker Fan in HDB flat

  Dear all, I am here to seek public opinion..I have this neighbour below just installed a hawker fan. It does not produce loud noise but soft enough to irritates you with the rumbing and squeaking sounds that penetrates to the walls.Do you think it is lawful to installed such big and noisy fan to the wall?

  why not blame HDB for thin walls?

  Hi, thanks, for the advice. Its a new fan. Anyway because of these, our relationship soured. I talked to them nicely but this aunti reacted very unfriendly. Now see me walk pass, closed her door quickly and louder than usual. 

  Do you think I am too much to talk to them about these?

  What's worse is my sister who cannot tolerate these go and hammer on the wall when they on the fan. Do you think this will create ever more misunderstanding? Because my sister went up to talk to them the second time and they refuse to talk about it. So she has to resort to this method.
