Recently I've received couple of prank calls from this number: 31610273
The caller had my personal particular (Name, Address, Age and even my Military Ranking).
Brief intro of what happen:
1) The caller(Male) called and asked me wether am I <Military Rank> Name and address, so I assume it is someone from the camp who called and I replied yes. And then the caller remain silent and hang up soon after that.
2) Instantly, I called back the number (thought it was something important regarding to NS). This time round a Female (sounded in her 30s auntie type) picked up the phone. I mentioned to her that someone called me earlier, she tried to pass the phone to 'someone' but I heard very clearly that the 'someone' said hang up the phone in the background.
3) I tried to called back the number but this time round no one picks up, repeated for about 6 to 7 times.
4) So I used my mum's handphone and to call, this time round it was picked up (they've caller ID I guess). It was the Male caller who had initially called me, I ask him who is this and what is the purposes of calling me earlier but I received no response.
5) Received calls from the number multiple times at night, picked up no answer, 3 to 4 days already.
6) Anyone know how to trace the number? Can I ask the teleco to do it for me, and do I have to pay? In addition, I don't this this can be filed as police report or can it be filed under harrasment?

report police just in case
whenever i got a call knowing my name or what, i will not say yes but i will ask 'who is that on the line?' first. usually its those 'unwanted' people. peoplk you know usually wil be in your phonebook names so you know it.
what's worse you still use someone you know phone to call back - double the trouble.
reort police. let them investigate since you got a number already and the one on the other line knows your particulars.
