tried to redeem the 'citirewards' points via automatic phone call, and the system ask to input the 'reward item code'. However upon doing this, i understand that the 'item code' doesnt match to what they have mentioned in their 'rewards catalogue' (.pdf), instead the system says that 'you have ordered blah blah another item name'..Wonder why they have the system wrongly maintained, since i have been trying this over a few months. Also i have done this in the previous year when it worked fine...Moreover, they have set a rule that, if you order it via a phone call to their customer service, they like to take away 600 points from you!!!which ofcourse is ridiculous. Anyone experienced a similar situation and any solution??

sometimes i really think local females regardless of age, are too sensitive as compared to other countriy females whether developing or developed. when i was overseas, i noticed the females will not be sensitive and scared of men walking towards them in sunglasses or without looking straight ahead at them or behind them or on train seating besides them. but in local context when guys whether wearing sunglasses or not walking towards females looking straight ahead but definitely not at them but of course look infront if not kena fall down mah, or walking behind females as this is public road anyone can walk at own pace and anywhere, or on train seating besides a female while reading on mobile phone or gazing, all these passive actions will easily make local females regardless of age sensitive scared people will snatch their things or attack them or touch them meh? even in hongkong, i notied their place smaller than us but their females also ok mah but local females damn extremely sensitive, maybe because we are under the kiasu psychology so even mental state also kiasu people will everyday attack them so they prefer walk alone, seat alone, eat alone, everything alone, might as well live in ubin no body will come near you. take a chill relax lah, guys i noticed local or overseas no issue maybe guys have no sixth sense or senses not as active as women.

Im thinking about the rude customer i dealt with. He is a singaporean who treats other people like animals. Then another 3 customers with same attitude same race. ALL OF YOU ARE RUDE, savege-like people. SIngaporean boys and girls are VERY RUDE.

went to lightings.com philips shop at vertex recently, and totally catch no ball liak bor qieu what that thai girl trying to explain about philips lighting technology, philips should review how they license their products to be sold in certain retail store not to tarnish their holland or netherlands brand. wish philips country triumph in this year world cup van persie and robben go again. come back to that thai girl, think she pretty meh walao eh talking also must grab collar tight tight, but worst is her command of english in poor grammar and pronounciation i really cant catch, she may have a shorter tongue cant produce certain vowels or she has a poor grasp of english language therefore this sales job not suitable for her la, but she is also impatient to provide more information and want customers to bring own floor plan, poor attitude and behavior, kar nar lan sai.
