My UOB card got denied payment from a course provider so I decided to paypal them but got this instead
This payment cannot be completed because your credit card has been declined by your credit card issuer. Please use a different credit card or complete this payment by adding funds to your paypal account.
anyone working in the bank can explain to me the reason I called them up using the hotline but they want my mobile number which I;ve changed and forgotten sigh....
Please don't tell me it July mth cause my previous transactions went thru quite smoothly

I hate paypal, I hate them so much, I stopped using them despite the convenience.
