So if i we're to sell something to a person true online dealing. He gave me my money, i gave him the item. But after that somethings happen to the item, and i did not refund him. Am i counted as breaking the law ?
Lets say i was selling a game account to a person. He paid me , i gave him the account.
The account was banned awhile after, he demand for refund. Must i refund him ? or can i not refund him.

If the account was banned due to his neglect/actions, you will not need to refund him. However if you delivered him a "banned" account, you will need to refund him.
It is like having a computer, if I choose to neglect it, etc, throw it into the river, cannot claim warrantly.
if it is banned after the transaction it is none of ur biz
maybe it was banned after he sold
but was due to his doing before
You sound sincere.
Anyway, I think it is wiser to wait for his/her lawyer letter should the party decided to seek a refund. So meanwhile, you get to keep your business profit.
