Asking for help/advice on drafting charge for private summon

  Hi all,

  I filed a magistrate's complaint at the subordinated courts, singapore against someone who sent insulting SMS to me.

  I understand that I have to prepare a charge for each offence and submit the charge(s) to the Magistrate's Complaint's Counter. I am going to cite Section 13(A)1(b) of Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act (Chapter 184) for the alleged offences.

  Just wonder if there is a standard form for the charge document the court would provide to me to fill in? If not, what is the standard format or what components should be included in the charge document?

  Hope someone who has the knowledge or prior experience could lend a helping hand to me!
