Hi guys! I'm a young start that thinking to start a small business by myself.
So I'm thinking of renting a pushcarts or running my small business in a pasar malam as the rental i
s not so expensive, I can only afford rental about $1K -$2K..I'm selling more to ladies fashions apparel & accessories..I wanted to rent a pushcarts in tampines bus interchange, but I guess the rental of the pushcarts is approximately 4.2K if I'm not wrong, is too expensive for me: ( is really a prime area with heavy traffics..
can anyone tell me how can I start my business in pasar malam? any contact number or email?
How can I rent a pushcarts in a mall or any bus interchange?
How can I rent a pushcarts in bedok mall? Is opening in December 2013..
Thanks. Do you know how can I rent a stall in pasar malam?
Dear happy pills,
pushcarts rentals in shopping malls doesn't come cheap. It depends on variables such as shoppers traffic, location and accessibility. For a cheaper choice location, you probably may wish to contact mall management by HDB such as Rivervale Plaza etc...
why not try out flea markets or carnivals? To rent a space during weekend, you may wish to contact Scape. This is a good avenue but you are bound to have similar competitors selling the same items.
carnivals are usually held by grassroots organizations. To contact pasar malam operator within your vincitity, can approach the community club, people associations, RC, but prepare to pay upfront for the duration of fair. Take note that it's not cheap esp for locations near MRT such as Bishan, Woodlands, Tampines etc...
And if up to the last resort, try not approach your school if you are still a tertiary student or an alumni...great exposure to sell too.
Hi Happy Pills,
You should head to Bugis instead. High traffic relatively cheap rental.
