Hey I would like to ask, If I dropped a check in the deposit box yesterday morning but the check doesnt include my account or contact number, just my full name on it.. will I still get the money or in this case what do I have to do?
No, you won't get your money, because no one knows where it's suppose to go to.
What if someone else has the same name as you, and he gets the money?
They would shred the cheque and chuck it in the waste bin, otherwise they will send the cheque back to the originating party, which is the one which issued you the cheque, which honestly would take donkey years.
wouldnt they be able to trace my contact info, account info or anything from just the full name?
It's easier to send the cheque back to the originator than to match a name to bank records.
What if your full name turns out 5 records? Bank in money to all 5 accounts, or tikam tikam?
Just go and contact the bank that you deposit the cheque and see if they can assist you to retrieve it back
they will send back to the person who wrote the cheque

happened to me last mth
i got my write full name and acct no. and contact no. at the back
so they sent to me after a few days
(cannot clear becos tt person spell my name as Lin Zhilin instead of Lin Zhiling)
i had to screenshot to the cheque issuer to issue me another cheque
