if i bring my local mobile phone (whose provider is M1, Singtel, Starhub etc.) overseas to a country like russia or europe and my friend who is in singapore, send sms to me, will i be able to receive it?
just normal sms, and not whatsapp or skype.

the other is pay as you roam
