  Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Home Affairs, Mr Teo Chee Hean, said, "This is a serious incident which has resulted in injuries and damage to public property. the situation is now under control. Police will spare no efforts to apprehend the subjects involved in the riot."

  I think they have just signed their death sentence. Our govt will never tolerate such nonsense. Not only will little india never be the same again, but ICA might possibly put in some stinging sanctions enough to hurt employers alittle bit more.

  They can't. They will definitely be sent back to India/Sri Lanka. They will be revoked to be able to enter Singapore ever again. It's also up to what their own countries want t do with them.
