Singtel users, can u send/receive SMS today?

  SingTel customers may be experiencing intermittent difficulties in sending and receiving SMS messages, the service provider said in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

  "Our engineers are investigating the issue and are working to restore the service as quickly as possible," the post read.

  It added that it will provide regular updates on the progress.

  新电信一些客户投诉，无法�出简讯。
  
  新电信在推特和facebok上也表示，部分顾客�能在�出简讯或接收简讯上会�到问题。

  新电信表示，目�正在进行调查，尽快���务�作，并且对造�的�便�歉。
  
  一些顾客也在新电信的facebook上留言表示，从今早开始已无法�简讯。
