However, i dont think its good to let young children to use smart phones at a young age. Firstly , they will need to wear specs. Secondly, liek my brother(not all cases), he watched youtube videos and he doesn't know whats wrong or right , thus he watched those videos that contains lots of vulgarities and learnt from them. He became quite rebellious though at a age of 9. Okay i think this is abit off-topic. Sorry .
